There is an abundance of capital earmarked for community improvement initiatives, but there is a fundamental disconnect between funders, community organizations, and small businesses. Finance entities pump millions of dollars into community projects to spur economic growth, but lack adequate systems for tracking and evaluating the impact of their investments. Local businesses and organizations are visionaries and community knowledge bearers with ideas for how to improve their neighborhoods, but lack modern business infrastructure, research, and convincing data to appeal to funders about the efficacy of their plans.
LifeSpring bridges the gap between vision and execution by supplying our clients with relevant data, implementing monitoring and evaluation strategies, and building custom reporting systems.

LifeSpring recognizes community development as plans, programs, or activities that increase the capacity of everyday people to improve their individual and collective quality of life. While there are many approaches to community development, we believe efforts with the greatest potential for radical transformation are those which center the ideas, voices, experiences, and leadership of community members.
We believe that Affordable Housing, Quality Education, Gainful Employment, Entrepreneurship, Faith, Food Security, Health, and Recreation are the pillars of strong neighborhoods. Deploying data-informed solutions for mending the fractures in these pillars is how we do our part to strengthen communities and the people who serve them.
